SMS Notification Settings
Configure SMS templates for different types of notifications. SMS messages will be sent to customers when enabled.

SMS notifications allow you to send automated text messages to customers about their appointments. Each template can be customized with variables that will be replaced with actual data when the message is sent.

Getting Started
  1. Sign up for a Twilio account if you don't have one
  2. Get your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio dashboard
  3. Purchase a phone number from Twilio
  4. Add the credentials to your environment variables
  5. Customize your SMS templates below
Required Environment Variables
  • TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID - Your Twilio account identifier
  • TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN - Your Twilio authentication token
  • TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER - Your Twilio phone number
Best Practices
  • Keep messages under 160 characters to avoid splitting
  • Include only essential information
  • Provide clear instructions or next steps
  • Test templates before enabling them
